Feedback is encouraged throughout our service.

All feedback about our service will be received as a gift, to help us improve our processes and services.

If you are not completely satisfied with the care we have provided, feedback forms are located throughout the facility or from a staff member.

All forms can be left at the main reception feedback box, posted or please ask staff to assist with the online feedback system Care Opinion Australia.


Where possible suggestions will be actioned and all complaints will be acknowledged and receive a response (within 30 days) or following further  investigation.
